I had been looking for a... prenatal yoga class in English for a long time and this one is the best one that I have tried! Certainly different than any prenatal yoga course/video that you can find online, I feel that it has really helped me during the pregnancy. Manoj is really nice, explains every movement and position and ensures that we understand how to do things correctly so they can benefit us (and the baby). The classes are reasonably priced and affordable, unlike a lot of other yoga classes in HD.read more

The Prenatal Yoga Course... with Manoj was an amazing experience. We practiced in a mild but still challenging way and he was adapting the poses for the different students. The exercises, breathing and meditation techniques were very well explained and detailed, this will allow me to continue practicing during the rest of my pregnancy and even after giving birth. I totally recommend this course to women at any stage of their pregnancy.read more

Amidst all those who do a... short course in Goa or Kerala and claim to be a yoga teacher it was quite refreshing to attend a yoga course by someone who actually has a deep understanding of yoga and the theories behind it. Manoj is a very patient and encouraging teacher who always pushes you to do more (but gently!). I visit Heidelberg to see... my daughter and her family every year. I suffered from chronic back pain due to a slip disc and sciatica. It was very hard for me to carry anything heavy. This was definitely affecting my ability to carry by new born grand daughter which I very much wanted to. Then I started a personal one on one yoga training with Manoj. His therapeutic yoga and mindful breathing techniques worked well and I could feel the relief and improvements. I highly recommend his Yoga Therapy because his methods are simple, people's specific and progressive. You will appreciate his gentle and respectful approach in his teaching. He is an enthusiastic, empathetic and knowledgable Yoga teacher - I highly recommend. And most important of all, because of his training I could carry my grand daughter which was the biggest gift he could have given me!read more

I'm very happy about this... place. The teacher is super awesome. Sessions have a nice atmosphere and are easy to follow. I was absolutely new to yoga and meditation before I came here. What a great yoga class... and a nice environment! The instructor is really good and he makes sure everybody can follow. His clear instructions and advice will definitely help you learn and improve. I joined the beginners' class (Beginners Yoga | Ashtanga Yoga) and I will for sure continue doing so. I enjoyed every session I participated in. Highly recommended!read more

Fantastic yoga experience... in the heart of Heidelberg. I visit every year to Heidelbeeg and visiting for Personal Yoga and Yoha Therapy intensive sessions with Manoj. His methods are incredible and most valuable for my overall wellbeing.
