Yoga for Kids
Everything changes when a young child starts going to school. We think you will agree that different schedules, long sitting hours, new social situations and required to pay attention – this all brings a lot of pressure on a young child.
That is why we design this course – not just to make a child relax but also to help them to integrate with their body, mind and breath. Because this will help your child to refresh and tap onto their innate abilities.
Our yoga programs address the important aspects of emotional regulation and de-stress. In their yoga hour, your child gets an unplugged time – this results in enhancing their concentration and creativity. Along with these benefits, your child learns to understand their body, and connect with their breath and get fit and flexible.
Our program begins from the 09.02.2023 – every week on Thursdays 15:15 onwards – one-hour yoga class.
6 weeks program and limited spots. Register for your kids – once accepted, we will call you and confirm your spot.
Our Yoga for Kids program takes place in a safe, bright and joyful environment at True Yoga, Brückenstraße 35, 69120 HD.
P.S. The course is mainly in German language. However, your kid’s yoga teacher Sina is triligual (
/ 
/ 🇪🇸). It means you will find it easy and comfortable to connect and your kid having fun while learning yoga.
