On subtle levels, prana represents the vital energy responsible for life or life force, and “ayama” means control. In simple words, the Yogic breathing exercises that complement the physical practice. Improves your breathing, reduce stress and brings peace and a sense of vitality.
Yoga: A set or sequence of physical postures that are done in harmony with the breath and focus. In simple words, the physical practice of Yoga asana improves flexibility, blood circulation and brings strength and vitality to the body.

The class is dedicated to everyone who is looking for a relaxed and gentle practice of Yoga for 45 mins and feel good doing Pranayama and mindfulness for 30 mins. A fine balance combination of Yoga and Pranayama gives its pupil the full benefit of increasing concentration, awareness and deepen the breath and reducing stress and anxiety.
Friday is an ideal day to have this gentle yet profound practice. The combination of both is related to the Raja Yoga. In simple words, this traditional method of Yoga and breathing keeps the physical vitality and has huge psychological benefits.
Our class is always a small group of maximum 6 students. Current students find the class helpful to learn basic Yoga postures, improving their breathing and also finding the class a nice way to wrap-up the busy week by rewarding themselves a peaceful and healing 75 mins of Yoga and Pranayama Class.
