What to expect at my Pregnancy Yoga Class
My Pregnancy Yoga class is suitable for beginners to advanced participants. Using traditional methods of pregnancy yoga, we focus on breathing, stretches and selected Yoga asanas that are beneficial for a healthy pregnancy.
What makes my classes so special is that I combine a set of yoga asana, breathing exercises and a guided meditation for a multi-fold relaxation, fitness and a deep sense of wellbeing of soon-to-be mothers and their babies.
Our (Schwangerschaftsyoga) class environment is light and friendly. Our class is full of laughters, as well as caring with authentic and valuable yoga that you can benefit from.
