Starting your day off with Morning Slow Flow Yoga class will help give you energy for your day, a lightness of body and a calm mindset to make your day. 

The class will begin with gentle stretching, and combination of asanas in a smooth flow that can be accessible to all levels yogi.

Morning Slow Flow Yoga 

This class as a small group, mixed gender, age and open for absolute beginner yogis.

Termin: Tuesdays 07:00 – 08:20 (Please arrive at least 10 mins before the class)
