Do Our Employees Need to Have Yoga Experience to Participate?

It is not necessary, Everyone can do it. My Yoga classes are suitable for all levels and custom designed to meet the needs of your employees. All shapes and sizes of students are welcome, regardless of fitness or flexibility level. I offer a safe and detailed approach to all postures with attention given to body ailments commonly experienced at work.

What Do We Need To Conduct a Program in the Workplace?

You will need a suitable room, large enough for the number of participants, and one that is fairly quiet. Although most participants like to change into more comfortable or loose fitting clothing for class (shorts or work out pants, a T-shirt, etc), plenty of participants have enjoyed a yoga session in a button up shirt and slacks or jeans.

The students might need a yoga mat or a Full-size towel.

What Does it Cost?

Prices differ depending on the number of people participating in the program and how many times during the week the classes meet. On average, the cost is usually around $10 a person for a group of at least 10 people. Please contact me to discuss your questions and goals.

Companies have chosen one of three options for hosting yoga classes:

  1. Full subsidy: Employer offers the classes free of charge to the employee.
  2. Partial subsidy: Class fees are shared by employee and employer.
  3. Hosting: Employer offers a space in the office for the class time and employees individually pay for classes.

How Often Should We Offer Yoga in Our Office?

Most companies decide based on the availability of an open boardroom and the time and resources of their company. They usually begin with once a week classes and add more as needed.

Depending on your needs, the program normally includes a series of classes running for eight to ten weeks. Ongoing or one-off classes are also possible.

Please contact me to discuss options.
